Board Governance

GBAS has shone the light on Board Governance at its two recent Club Governance & Leadership forums. (Click here for our most recent governance report.)

As an extension of this work, we have now developed a service that allows clubs to undertake a detailed review of their governance practices.

Underpinned by a survey conducted by our partner Board Surveys, Australia's leading provider of Board Effectiveness Surveys, we establish the areas for governance improvement and work through actions developed by Boardroom Excellence to create a stronger solution for the Club.
